Trade Vacations operates a marketplace that connects property owners ("Owners") with tradespeople ("Service Providers") who exchange repair or maintenance services for stays at listed properties. Trade Vacations does not process, handle, or facilitate payments between Users.

We may keep residual copies of your personal data in backup systems to protect our systems from malicious loss. This personal data is inaccessible unless restored, and all unnecessary personal data will be deleted upon restoration.
Reviews, listings, and other content you submit may remain visible to other Users or retained in backup systems, dispute records, fraud prevention systems, or legal compliance archives after account deletion where permitted by law.

Depending on the context, we may act as either a data controller or a data processor.
We act as a data controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing personal information, for example, when we manage user accounts, operate the Platform, maintain security, or communicate with users.
