How are workers and owners rated?
After every completed trade, both parties submit ratings. Owners rate workers on quality of communication before the trade and quality of the work delivered — workers who go the extra mile to make sure the owner has a good experience get rated well. Workers rate owners on the accuracy of the scope description, follow-through on owner obligations (tools, materials, access), and the overall experience. Reviews are double-blind — neither side sees the other's rating until both are submitted (or after a 7-day timeout).
What if the work is not completed satisfactorily?
Work happens during the stay, so the owner sees the result before the trade is closed out. Disputes can be flagged at that point and the rating system holds both sides accountable. Two-strike removal keeps quality high.
